Why is someone from Scripps Howard using my child's email address to stalk him????

Extremely alarming. Someone from Scripps Howard using the ISP # 204.78.58. is using my child's email address to stalk him, on Scripps Howard time, from their workplace, while using a Scripps Howard computer.

    Also, I think the DIY Network is in Knoxville, but everything gets routed through the servers in OH.
